Who operates KitBeacon
KitBeacon is operated by the operator of KitBeacon as a sole proprietor, based in Quebec, Canada. By using KitBeacon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What KitBeacon is
KitBeacon is an alert service. We automatically monitor official football club stores and notify you by email when a kit you're tracking goes on sale. We are not a retailer, reseller, or affiliate of any football club or kit manufacturer. We do not sell kits, process orders, or handle any commercial transactions between you and a club store.
When you click a "Shop Now" link in an alert email, you are directed to the official club store. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that club store, subject to their own terms and conditions.
What KitBeacon is not
KitBeacon is not:
- A guarantee that a kit will be available at the price shown when you visit the store.
- A guarantee that your size will be in stock when you arrive at the store.
- A price comparison tool — we report discounts as shown on the official club store at the time of our scan.
- A financial or commercial service — we do not earn commission on any purchase you make.
Accuracy of pricing information
KitBeacon scans official club stores at regular intervals. Prices, availability, and discount amounts displayed in our alerts reflect the store data at the time of the scan. By the time you receive an alert and visit the store, the price may have changed, the item may have sold out, or the sale may have ended. We are not responsible for any discrepancy between the price shown in an alert and the price you see at the store.
Prices in our alerts are shown in the currency of the official club store. We do not convert currencies. If you see a price in a different currency than your own, you are responsible for checking the current exchange rate.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use KitBeacon. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. KitBeacon is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use KitBeacon to scrape, resell, or redistribute alert data.
Free and Pro accounts
KitBeacon offers two tiers:
- Free — track one club, receive general deal alerts. No payment required.
- Pro — track up to six clubs, receive size-matched alerts with a custom discount threshold. €27 per year, billed annually.
Pro subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. If you cancel your Pro subscription, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not automatically renew. We do not offer refunds for unused time on an active subscription period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use KitBeacon for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer our scanning systems or data.
- Sign up using an email address you do not own.
- Use KitBeacon in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to circumvent our subscription tiers or access Pro features without payment.
Limitation of liability
KitBeacon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
- Any missed deals, price changes, or availability issues at club stores.
- Any purchase decisions you make based on our alerts.
- Any loss arising from delays in our scanning or email delivery systems.
- Any temporary unavailability of the service.
- Any inaccuracies in pricing, availability, or discount information shown in alerts.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of KitBeacon shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
Intellectual property
The KitBeacon name, logo, and website design are our property. Club names, crests, kit images, and trademarks referenced in our alerts belong to their respective owners. We use them solely to identify the products being tracked and make no claim of ownership or affiliation.
Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of KitBeacon at any time. If we make significant changes that affect your subscription, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, if you are based in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
